Here at Catalyst Church, we love meaningful church membership. We love membership because we love the local church. We love the church because Jesus loves the church.
We will likely have a different type of membership process than you have probably experienced before, and it is because we want to get to know you so we can shepherd you as best we can. We want you to know that you are more than just a number or name on a list.
When you join as a member, we are welcoming you into a family, and we take that very seriously. We want you to feel that in a tangible way, and not feel like you are just being shoved through a system.
A Personalized Process
Meeting with Pastor Nate is one of the first steps...he will share our vision, mission, and values with you; as well as other explanations of our desire to serve as Christ in our community.
Pastor Nate prepared a three-part message series on Commencing Catalyst: Owning the Mission, which we'd like you to also watch.

In Part 2 of our series on Commencing Catalyst, Pastor Nate talks about the importance of belonging and membership. God’s plans for you don’t stop at salvation…He has a purpose for you!
We were lost and broken with no hope, but then Jesus changed everything! As we are welcomed into new life with Jesus we are also welcomed into a new family with the church, the bride of Christ! We are to come together as a unified group following Jesus, to bring God glory through continuing the mission he left for us to accomplish.
Catalyst Church needs members to own the mission by using their gifts and talents to passionately pursue God's Kingdom to expand. Will you join us?
Quote from John MacArthur: “The idea of believers living independently of the church is totally foreign to the New Testament.”
